Online Gift Certificate mail/pick-up option

It would be great to in the time of stay and home and even in 'normal' times that our customers have an option to either pick up a gift certificate at the facility or they can have it mailed to them. A simple checkbox that they choose to pick or mail. Then on the back-end we are notify which option was chosen. Just thought this would be very useful for all clients of Dash.
