It's confusing for customers (like for birthday parties) to see edits to invoices. For instance, when we book a party, we book the party for 12 kids. We edit that after the party is over with the correct number of kids. The invoice they receive then displays the removed lined item for 12 kids and the new entry/charge with the correct number of kids. This happens for any changes to an invoice. It's fine for staff to see these changes, but customers don't need to.
