I would like to be able to have my staff send messages to our players directly from DASH. Adding the CID number filter in the Customer Search & Email would work or a link directly from the customer profile.
The reason is for standard "template" type e-mails. We send messages like:
You received a red card.
You missed your soccer or swim class
No Show for a gameEtc.
Having the opportunity to send these types of message through DASH would help track the message was sent plus allow any staff person to send it without having to have a company e-mail.
