When a customer signs up for a class he or she can add anything he or she wants in the "comments and requests" box. However, the information from these requests sort of gets filed at the bottom of the class page and doesn't really POP for anyone.
The long and the short of it is that we have a bajillion classes so there is no was we could possibly keep up with these requests without some sort of prompting. We simply don't have the manpower to have someone daily checking every single class to see if any new requests have shown up. We also don't need to give people the option to make requests or comments. We would prefer to make people actually call. BUT, people who put information in here assume that we will attend to their comments immediately. And, I understand why they would think that.
So, we have 2 potential solutions to this issue:
1) Can filling out any information in that field prompt an automatic email with the contents of it to email@example.com?
2) Can we get rid of that field altogether?
