Currently only Current and Future EVENTS display on the Customer Screen.
Would be GREAT if there was an easier way to access PAST Events for customers directly from the Customer Screen. Currently you have to go to the Calendar, or Event Search report to find an Event that has happened in the past. Some possible solutions would be:
1.) Have a list of the past Events for this Customer display on Customer Screen at the bottom, side (like Email History displays), or under "More". 2.) Have a company parameter to allow Current AND Past Events to display at the top of the customer screen. (Maybe just the last few events) Customers can turn parameter on or off if do not want past ones to display. 3.) Have a link to the Event Search screen that opens in new window and enters customer number and defaults to current week date range (or something else).
Just some thoughts. We use Event Search and Calendar now. We like to pull up Events the next day/week and check each of them to confirm they paid, everything went well, add additional notes for future, call to follow up, schedule next event, etc. Is easier to access from Customer Screen than having to search for each time.
