Position of Payment Note in check out of cash register/shopping cart

1) Since we are using the Payment Note to continually inform the customer of details regarding WHAT he is purchasing --time/date of field or party, for example, it would be beneficial to move the payment note box BEFORE the submit payment box and place the cursor in the Payment Note box to force our Customer Service Team to input purchase details before sliding card or hitting Submit Payment.
2) In case you accidentally forget to enter details into Payment Notes before hitting Submit Payment, a system work around cxould be to add ability to edit add notes to closed invoices if so desired...

Mary - there is a way to add a note to a "closed" invoice. Select the invoice from the customer list of invoices. Click in the "Make Payment" box, enter 0.00 and click the Make Payment button. This will open a shopping cart with that invoice. Click the "Checkout" button and it will take you into the invoice area where you can add your payment note. Once you hit the "Submit Payment", the note will be saved on the invoice. Hope that helps! :-)

Mary, in DASH, the placement of the Payment note has changed to make it more Mobile friendly. Is the position of this box better now?
