    HI!

    I just wanted to add a note to this thread. We have also included an additional email to the employee listed as "Responsible" when a customer or an employee adds a note or comment on the Class, Team, or Camp page. This includes when a customer is registering online and has the option to write a comment.

    On September 25, 2012 Anthony commented that this feature 'is on a short list of things we'd like to get to in the near future."  That was nearly two years ago.  Any idea where the addition of this feature stands at this time (June 2014).

    This is very necessary. It makes the facility look bad when we aren't aware of a last minute registration without having to manually go in and check every single class.

    To add to Doug's original request:

    On the Lil' kickers side of things-

    Challenge: Lil' Kickers Coordinators often are unprepared for new customers (Free Trials and new enrolls). This is due because customers sign up all the time and Coordinators don't often take the time needed to generate the customer report that tells them this information (eg who signed up for LK Spring session within the last week). Currently we are letting opportunities to provide a great first impression slip through the cracks. Moreover, customer service and first impressions are especially important in Lil' Kickers considering the age of the kids and the apprehension parents have about enrolling their young children.

    Solution:

    At the class(or season)? level, allow Coordinators to determine if they would like to receive an email or text notification that alerts them to customers who have just signed up for the class. They can also set a range for when they get these notifications. For example, after Week 3 (eg March 30th, 2015) they will receive an email telling them Joe Customer just registered for the Saturday Hoppers 9am Bunnies class.

    This allows the Coordinator and Coach time to prepare to provide a great first impression and great customer service.

    We plan on implementing this feature in the next day or so but need a vote on whether people want to see emails when customers are added on the admin side or only when a customer signs up online.  Please respond asap.

    Our vote would be for emailed notifications when customers register online.

    Will the “Subject Line” for each of the emailed notifications all start the same verbiage (I.e.: something like  “New MySAM (or Dash) Registration:  …..” ) ?  That would be helpful for setting up Flags and Filters to Group these notifications from the rest of our email.
