We need some sort of daily notice or report function that would identify any new registrations in the past day or two. **
**We often receive late registrations that we are not aware of until the customer walks in.
Having some sort of a daily reporting or notice capability that identifies the newly registered customer and what they registered for would help resolve this problem.

I have been asking for this as well at a couple of meeting we have had. It would be great to be able to get this done and have the option to add any number of Mangers/Director e-mails to get the notifications. And it should be an option to turn on or off for each program as some people may not want any notification at all.

There are other facility management software out there which utilize this feature and I think it helps keep the coordinator, as well as a whole management team up to date on a very key aspect to their programs. The ability to know who has registered through MySAM immediately, including which program, class and time registered for would allow for easy recognition of any immediate issues.

It would be awesome if someone who registered for a program via MySAM, that the coordinator/manager of that program would receive an email of who signed up.
