In order to protect customers, Dash only permits specific websites to embed (AKA frame) Dash inside of another website using an HTML IFRAME. This is a security feature for customer protection that prevents the "bad guys" from framing Dash. The company website specified in Company Settings is permitted to frame Dash. All facility websites are permitted to frame Dash as well. If you have other websites that need to frame Dash, you can add them here. The list of Framing Websites is found within your Company Settings page in Dash in the side menu.
Note: you will need the Company Account Settings authorization turned on in your User Roles in order to affect Framing Websites.
Using Widgets While Developing Your Website
You may want to test your Dash website widgets while you are still building and designing your company website. Dash needs to know all websites that are attempting to display a widget. Usually this is just your company web address but some third party web development tools like Wix or Wordpress use additional or altered domains while the site is still under development. Wix currently uses an additional gateway domain "fileusr.com". This must be added to your Framing Websites list in your Company Settings. Wordpress uses an altered, IP version of your domain which can be found in the address bar while editing the website. Add this to your Framing Websites.
