In the latest update to Dash we are cleaning up the pages where you search for Classes, Camps, Teams and other Program Registration types your organization may have created. There is also options now to select multiple locations (if applicable), seasons, levels, and programs.
How it Looks
In the example below, I am choosing to search for a class from the Program drop down menu.
Search: This functions the same as before where you can type in a name, an ID number, time range, and an age range.
Location: Add the location you want to search for by putting your cursor in the box and selecting or leave the default one selected.
Program: In some cases, you may prefer to search by program type instead of seasons.
Season: Select the season or seasons you are interested in filtering by.
Level: When selecting a season, you can decide whether you want to filter your search down further by selecting specific levels.
DOW: If you would like to only view programs offered on specific days, you can select those days (this only works if the program rosters have the proper days of play selected).
Range: By default, Dash will display results fir currently running and upcoming seasons. If you would like to also include Past seasons in your search, you can press the "Past" button or select a season in the past.
Show: We have additional columns that can be added to the report.
- Money: By turning on this column it will show how much has been collected for each of the programs.
- Employees: If you have assigned an Instructor to a class, you would be able to see them in this column.
- Managers: For Team type seasons, if you would like to see the team managers assigned, you can view the column for this.
Status: In case you want to also see some of those programs you have inactivated, you can select that status.
