In some cases, mistakes are made or customers decide to switch family members who are registered for a program. As long as they are within the same family tree in Dash, we can change the person who was originally registered along with any custom forms, purchase orders and discounts with the click of a button.
How it Works
From the New Program Roster page, if you click the three vertical dots next to the customer's name, you will see a list of registration options. Select "Change Participant".
A modal will appear of all qualifying family members that the registration can be switched to. Select the correct participant.
Once you have changed the participant, the roster will immediately switch. If you refresh the page, you will see the Invoices list on the left hand side will also update to the new family member.
The invoice will also be updated. Here is what the original one looked like where Bryce was registered and Kristi was invoiced as the parent.
After the switch, Crazy is attending the camp so the invoice has also changed.
