From any page in Dash, a customer can be scanned in via player card, mobile app, or by typing in quickly "cid####". We also have a manual check-in button on each customer page.
The primary setup for this can be found in the Company Settings Page. On the left nav bar, click on the "Kiosk & Check-in".
When a customer is checking in, you can decide what you want to have an audible alert for at the computer. In some cases, you may want to hear every time someone checks in, has an expired membership, account balance, etc. This helps anyone that may be multitasking to hear a successful alert vs something that needs attention.

In this section of the Kiosk & Check-in page, there is an option to also record every time a customer scans out of the location.
Another option is when a customer is signed up for an event the day they are checking into the location, they can be automatically marked as attended on that program's attendance sheet.
On each customer page, you will be able to view a short list of Recent Check-in along with being able to check someone in manually. There is also a link to access the Check-in report for that specific customer.
Another way to access the Check-In report is to type in "Online Events" from the Global search box. In this case there will not be a customer selected so it will display all check-in data for a specified time period and location of your choosing.
