Purchase orders gives you the ability to track purchases made in person or through Dash Online via the "Up-sell" process that need to be delivered to the customer either by mail, pickup or at time of an event.
To have the system create a purchase order anytime someone buys a product online, go to the product you have added as an up-sell item and select "yes" to track purchase orders.
In this example, we want to offer customers the option of buying a Goodie Bag when they pay for a Birthday Party.
Fulfillment of Purchase Orders
Once you have gathered or delivered the items purchased by the customer, you can mark the box on the purchase order report that they have been fulfilled.
Purchase Order Report
There are two locations to view Purchase orders. One can be be viewed in the Camp, Class, or Team page tab labeled "Purchase Orders" where the up-sell items have been attached.
The full report, that will include all items, can be viewed by clicking on the Reports and then pressing All Reports. The Purchase Orders Report is found in the Products section. You can choose a date range to search by. The dates you enter are the dates when the customer purchased the upsell or add-on products not when they are supposed to be delivered.
