Organization types allow the ability to create a customer profile for a company, club or other business entity. These profiles will be primarily used for the booking feature.
Creating a New Organization:
From the top drop down menu, press "Customers" and then Create.
- Select the Customer Type "Organization".
- Fill out the Organization's Name, Phone, and Email address and press "Next".
- Select a primary Location for this Organization.
- You can add more information to the account such as address and a primary contact person.
- Click "Save" when finished. Once the Organization has been created you can now upload files such as Contracts or Agreements using the "Files" button on the left hand side.
