Search our online Help Center in the search box by clicking "Help Center" above.
This is the best way to get a hold of us during business hours. From the Help Center, initiate a chat conversation by typing your message in the "Chat with us" option in the lower right. If no DASH representative is available, at that time, then you can "Leave a message" and it will generate a support ticket that we will respond to promptly.
Submit us a question through our ticketing system by pressing "Submit Ticket" from the main Help Center Page or e-mail us at email@example.com.
The best way to get your answer is to chat or create a ticket via e-mail. If you need to talk to someone, call 1-800-881-6515 ext 2. Be sure to leave a detailed message.
In the case of an emergency, such as you cannot access DASH or cannot process credit cards, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please DO NOT use this for non-emergency issues or to report bugs. You should get a response back acknowledging the issue and updates when the issue is resolved.
