Adding a Contract to an Event

A pre-built Party/Rental contract can now be added to an event type of your choosing. Here are the steps:

  1. From the Event Type page, click the "Booking Event Settings" tab. Start typing in "Rental/Party Contract" in the Contract section. The field will autosave.
  2. Begin to create your event in the calendar by clicking on the calendar and selecting the correct event type.
  3. Once you have created your event, you will be able to view the Party Contract on the Event Edit page.
  4. The contract will display the event details you have entered including any custom fields you may have attached to the event.
