Before assigning campers into groups or using Generate Activity Groups you'll need to create the Activity Groups specific to the camp you are working on. For every camp roster you will need to create new Activity Groups.
- Click on Define Activity Groups from the Activity Groups page.
- Enter the name of the Activity Group and select Save to Add the new camp activity group.
- If you delete an Activity Group that has customers assigned, they will be reset as "Unassigned".
- You cannot have Activity Groups with matching names.
Now you can go back to the Activity Groups page and manually move customers to a group. Or use the Generate Activity Groups tool.
