On the customer profile page there is an option to add an "Alternate Email".
By adding an Alternate Email to a customer's profile, DASH will send schedule reminders and other messages to this second email account. This keeps an additional party in the loop. For example; a step mom needs to receive game reminders because she is driving every other weekend.
The primary email is still used as the login ID for the customer's DASH Online account.
UPDATE 5/12/16: Customer Search & Email broadcast messages and Team Messages (sent through DASH Online Message Center) now include the Alternate Email.
For Team Messages, The Alternate Email recipient will only be able to reply directly to the sender since they do not have access to the DASH Online Message Center for that team.
