Overview
You can set up a monitor in your facility to display a running schedule of "public" events for the next "x" amount of hours.
How
From the Programs drop down, press Tools to access the Schedule Display. You can also start typing "schedule display" in the Global Search box.
By default the display will show you upcoming events for the next 6 hours in the location you are logged into. If you would like to alter the time that is displayed, click on the URL and change the number listed after "hours=".
All Locations
By default the page will also display just the location you are currently logged into. If you choose to display all locations, you can remove this section in the URL "&facilityId=#".

Here is an example of how the Schedule Display looks for one location:
Filter Resources
You can filter by resource using "resourceId=2" (uppercase i). You can also specify multiple resources like "resourceId=2,3,5,8".

Currently the schedule display does not list the sub resource an event is on. For example, all classes on an evening appear on the schedule as the resource of "field 1 (even though we have the resource broken down into sub resources- sections.)
My question to you is there a way to have the sub resources listed on the schedule display?
Hi Jaime!
The sub resources have now been added to the schedule display. Thanks again for this idea!
