Contacting Customers that Purchased Product Before Certain Date

You can search for customers that registered or purchased an item before a cut off date.

For example, say you were running an early registration promotion for an upcoming session. 

  1. Go to the Customer Search & Email Report
  2. Search and enter the viable product(s) purchased. You can enter multiple products if you have different class fees.
  3. Enter your "Purchased From and To" dates 

NOTE: The enrollment dates correspond to the season start and end date, not the registration dates.
