Registration Email (aka Welcome Email): At the Season edit page, you can attach an email template that can be sent to each new customer who registers for the season thanking them and giving them any pertinent info you want to pass along to them about the upcoming season.
The Level edit page has an Registration Email field as well. This email will take priority over the Season Registration email. Only one Registration Email will be sent. If the Level Registration Email is left empty it will default to the Season Registration Email (if any is defined).
Rescheduling Process: If you reschedule games during the season, you can send an email to all team managers letting them know your policy and how to request changes to their schedule.
