DASH Camera Troubleshooting

DASH uses HTML5 instead of Java. 

  1. Ensure that the browser is fully closed when you plug a USB camera in; browsers are not plug and play compatible.
  2. Make sure you are using Chrome, Firefox or Safari, we have never tested using a camera on Internet Explorer :-)
  3. Check your computer settings to ensure default camera is set up.
  4. Check your browser settings to ensure default camera is set up.
