Employees can be set up as Instructors in Dash. After setting up the employee's general settings, the key settings for instructors that you'll want to note are their photo, bio, link to Dash online account, and rates.
To create an instructor, simply create an employee and assign them a role with the instructor authorization.
Dash uses a free service called Gravatar where users can simply create an account and upload a photo. If their Dash email matches the one on Gravatar, then their photo will automatically show up in Dash and online as their instructor photo.
The user's bio is used to enter public profile information you want to show to online customers when they visit the instructor's profile page to view a schedule of their classes.
Linking to Dash Online Account (Optional)
When you optionally link an employee instructor to their online account, that instructor will be able to log in and see their instructor homepage with a schedule of events and number of registered participants. This is handy if you choose to not allow your instructors to have access to the admin side but still want them to see their class information.

In Dash Online, instructors will be able to view their staff profile under their user menu.
